Thailand New Media Arts Festival (MAF) was established in 2001. So far the founder of the Festival, Mr. Wittenberger has also been our main sponsor.

Mr. Wittenberger was not prepared and is not able to continue his support for sustained periods, and will not be able to support MAF in the future.
For this reason, we have applied for governmental, private and corporate support since 2004. The requested funding applications were left unanswered. For this reason we are forced to postpone MAF06 November edition to March 2007. Without additional support we will have to close down early next year.

We want to fight this situation, and call for support from anyone that has found us to be useful. Please sign the petition, and preferably make a short statement why MAF should continue to exist.

As an exhibiting artist in MAF05, my work has since been recognised on an international platform from the original exposure gained from the March 2005 screenings.
